CROW
CROW is a requirements management and control tool with a special focus on maintaining the bilateral traceability between artifacts and tracing the impact of software change requests. It can store and manage CRS, TRS, Architecture, Design, Implementation References and Tests.
The purpose of CROW is to support the full software development lifecycle focusing on Automotive SPICE Process Assessment Model (ASPICE PAM). ASPICE PAM is analogue to CMMI model in the automotive industry.

- Add and edit software development lifecycle (SDLC) elements. File attachments are also supported
- Maintain product and requirement baselines (with labels)
- Establish and maintain bilateral traceability across SDLC elements
- Export of traceability matrices to Excel via Apache POI
- Export of elements to external formats
- Automatically trace to/from Perforce changelists
- Desktop GUI client (Java/Swing)

CROW is an open-source software and is distributed under LGPL license. The source code and the binary distributions are available on Sourceforge project page.
